Looking on parts diagrams it looks like they are not sold separately. Your best bet is getting a clutch and hoping they are included

Any small washer of correct diameter will work. Compressors are pretty universal across vehicle manufacturers. When I had to adjust the air gap on my AC for the ford I bought their shim kit, motorcraft yf1800a

I measured the center bolt off my Tacoma clutch kit as well as the ID of the plate. Looks like a 6mm washer, go stainless and as thin as possible. I used 5 washers from two kits to get the correct gap last install. I lost the rest that dropped and disappeared other wise I'd measure the washer OD too.

Be careful. I fd mine up. the stack of shim needs to be perfect. not enough and compressor wheel will rub slightly, heat up and spin the compressor when its suppose to be off putting strain on ac. I watched it after install testing it on and off everything was fine then 15 miles down the road shit hit the fan. crazy noise like I ruined the ac pump. Too many shims will not let it engage fully?

the air gap must be set quite small, too far away and the magnetic clutch will it be strong enough to pull in and engage. Too close and it will not disengage. This spec is not Toyota compressor specific but should get you in the ballpark.

My manual says those numbers are correct.
Except Toyota has you checking it the “hard” way.
They want you to use a dial indicator and engage/disengage the clutch by jumping the connector to battery power. WTF? You good and well no one does it that way.

It also say not to use more than 3 spacers to achieve proper air gap.
