I think that is part of the "roof drip molding-right" for a double cab, part number 75551-04063.

The piece that's missing is integrated into the roof rack base seal and I'm not sure it's available separately. The part number listed above (75551-04063) I believe is the complete drip molding for non-roof rack equipped Tacomas.

That is correct. The drip molding comes with the rack or if you decide to remove the rack, you were still have to buy both drip moldings for both sides which are definitely not cheap. I were you, I would silicone or some sticky stuff and put that drip molding right back where it belongs, or where is broke off

I'm pretty sure that is one long piece. It gets cut if a roof rack is installed.

if you are talking about the entire moulding its one piece the one for racks is different from what I recall but non racks def one piece. Unless its the part in the picture underneath that im not sure.

From 05 to 2021 the roof racks are the same part number. There are many many post on this and if the roof racks are the same part number the strips should also be their own same part number for all those years.

I replaced mine not too long ago after removing my light bar. I was able to find a set at a local salvage yard super cheap; I think it was like $20 for both. May be worth considering.

The drip rail moulding replacement comes with the rack rail, part number PT278-35170-RH.
