Anybody know what this bar is called

So I took my skid plate off of my truck a few years back and this bar where the skid plate bolted to and now have misplaced them or either got thrown away. Trying to get this bar and skid plate put back on so trying to find the parts and don’t know what this bar is called.

 

I might be mistaken but isn't that the radiator support?

I'll rephrase -

If he's local (Northern CA, SF Bay Area) he can just have the thing. Its sitting here and will soon enough end up in the junk pile for pickup. If not and he wants to arrange shipping, it's his.
