    i dont think so, when the handle it is, its help down by a wing nut and then a little uhh cant really describe it, but its nowhere close to being able to hold it down...

    what piece though? ive used the jack without using that piece.....unless that screws to the top of the jack to maybe wrap around the frame?

    Toyota all weather floor mats. Mag light that clunks around in the jack compartment. Dog hair. Dog drool on the windows.
    Looks to me like the thing that holds it in place for storage. Had one on my 94"

    Silly question, Did you try looking in the manual?

    but is the hub cap that difficult to take off, that you would need that little piece?
