Found this in the snow while plowing the walk of a neighbor. They didn't know what it was.

Only if they come in pairs.

 

These are usually affixed to the snowblower somewhere across the front/top so you always have it handy. It must have fallen off while someone was blowing snow.

Ex. if you need to unclog the output spout when you're half a block from home blowing the neighbors sidewalk... you got the tool you need onboard.
