I use to play a little bit and a buddy of mine gave me this Metal Machine Distortion box from Digitech. Anyhow i sold my Guitar but still have this Distortion box. Anybody know about how much its worth?

Not sure but according to your add on CL, it's worth $150

thanks i seen one on ebay seems like awhile back for buy it now like 200 and something maybe but not for sure if thats about how much its worth. Works great has a lot of features on it as well.
