Anybody purchased a doublecab sub box from Supercrewsound lately?

I ordered a dual sub box and received it in very damaged condition from shipping (not their fault). While I was checking it for fit I noticed that it was 3/4" too long and would not fit without cutting out part of my interior pieces that I was not willing to do. Their website states that the box is 48.5" wide which is the exact dimension to fit between the interior trim but the box they sent was 49.25". They were very cool about the mix up and agreed to send me a new one which I received today. I opened up the package and found no damage this time but the new box is 49.25" long again.

How many times should I have to endure their fuck ups, and how long should I have to wait for a product that was promised in 7-10 days (it's been a month now) before I demand a refund?
