They are retrofit projectors. Their are a fair amount of users on this forum that offer services making them. I had a set made for me by a user @hyper15125. They by far are my favorite mods I have done to my Tacoma! Not only do they look way nicer, the light output is much better than stock.

Yup, Seems to be retro with BHLM. Possibly color matched housing instead of black these are mine but my inside were left chrome because I don't have projectors
