anybody replace the metal piece at the back of the bed?

The part I'm talking about is #3 in the picture.

 

Yes I did a long post on it. Nobody had done one before. Its called the rear cross sill. And it was rusted to shit.

Thanks Benny. I installed bed stiffeners and the right side was a PITA to bolt up. The truck was hit in the R/R, not a lot of damage but I think this piece may be tweaked slightly.
