Anybody running 255/80/17 Falken Wildpeak A/T3W on stock wheels on a 2nd gen please respond

Was wondering specifically about the 255/80/17 size

 

I think they look dorky in person to be honest. But I understand the purpose of them.

 

Running them. Better than the coopers st Max. No longer pulls right.

 

Anybody else running this size on a 2nd gen ?

 

3" Toytec lift and 285/70/17 Falken's for me. A little soft, but a lot stickier in the rain than my Duratrac's were. No exposure to snow driving yet. Overall I am happy so far.

If you’re wondering about fitment. They rubbed with full lock. That’s after knocking stuff back with a hammer. Got the CMC done and no more rubbing. Two winter seasons under the belt, no complaints. Anything in particular you wanna know?

275/70/17 Hankook Dynapro ATm

 

I ran 245 Wildpeaks last summer and was a bit disappointed. No fitment issues obviously but the tread isn’t real deep to start with and they seem to wear pretty fast on the highway. Running Blizzaks for now but next season I’ll go back to BFGs for the long term durability.

 

Nevermind , there were no 255/80/17 in stock in Canada , I went back to 265/70/17's
