Forgot to ask, did the TPMS swap over from stock OffRoad wheels to the TRD Pro wheels? Dealership is telling me they may not be the same.

I don't currently have any pictures, but about 2 months ago I finally wore out the OEM Goodyear tires, and replaced with Big O BigFoot AT tires in 265/75/R16's on my OEM Off Road wheels. I have maybe 1500 miles on them at this point. No road noise at all, my MPG has dropped maybe 1/2 - 3/4 mile per gallon. I love these tires so far.

I get my black TRD wheels installed on Saturday. The parts dept used my VIN to get the correct wheel. Will post pics after they are installed.

    Your Taco looks fantastic.

If you want the 2020 TRD Pro wheels and not the older style, I'd be very wary about them actually ordering the right ones. Make sure they ordered:

    PT385-35200-02 Tacoma Trd Pro Cente
    PT946-35200-02 Taco Trd Pro Whl

If you want tall tires consider a 255/85R16 or 255/80R17 in a lighter load rating/ply rating. Not nearly as heavy as 285s.

So I ordered the '20 Pro Wheels yesterday. I had to reconfirm on multiple occasions they had the correct part number. Whether it was the parts clerk or the software I don't know, but they kept coming up with something different on the final order sheet.
I just found this thread tonight. This is exactly the setup I am doing. I've had multiple Tacomas, lifted etc. This time around I'm only doing wheels/tires, capper and Mobtown sliders. Maybe 3/4" spacer/tophat if needed. I'm tired of having to trim the frame etc.

Had the same problem at my dealership. The part # kept coming back as 17" pro wheels. Not sure how they ended up resolving the issue. I did end up with the wheels I wanted though. I definitely didn't get any deal on them, but I like the wheels.

There were a few factors on what I wanted. I wanted the older style Pro wheels since I do not have a 2020 truck. I didn't realize until I read the link you provided that the center caps are not available for the 2020 Pro wheels so it looks like I made the right choice. I'll post photos of them on Saturday night or Sunday after they are mounted, along with the part numbers for both the wheel and center cap in case some in the future are looking for that kind of information. Thanks for sorting all of this out for me.

Caps for 2020 are now available, just have to order through a dealer.
