I've got some scs wheels coming with 4.5bs which will bring the wheel out a little. I don't mind cutting a little lol. I want 275s but just not sure I want to deal With so many issues with them. I'll be doing a lift in about 2 months so I should be good after that.

Wow Hugo your truck looks perfect with wheel tire combo, I didn't know that size tire existed. How wide are your wheels (offset) and can you please post a side pic? would like to see is they stick out any.

Thanks. Wheels are SCS F5 with 4.5bs. They stick out about 1/4-.5 inches past the fender flares.

I found a set of BFG KOs 275/70/16 from an online dealer for my Tacoma. I like this size because it's a bit bigger than the stock 265/70/16. They are smooth! IMG_0454.jpg IMG_0452.jpg IMG_0454.jpg

Anyone else got 275/70/16 ko2's? I like that they're not an E load range tire.

Are these new? I thought all of the KO2s for the 16" rim were E.

Just found them on the website. P/N is 97884. Looks like you save 3lbs/ tire over the E Rated 265/75/16 by going with the D Rated 275/70/16. They're a fraction of an inch shorter and wider. I may go this route.

Please forgive me that my truck is a TRD OR and not an SR5; also has a small spacer in the front providing about an inch and a half of lift. For shits and giggles I took the 275/70-17 BFG A/T KOs from my first gen and put them on my third gen.

They look great, fill out the fenders well, and only had a little bit of rubbing. As you can see from the last picture the offset was a little too much and the rubbing might have been non-existent with a different offset, their was significantly less rubbing than when I had these same wheels and tires on my second gen. The down side was this truck is an auto trans with the 3.90 gearing and it went from ~19mpg to 15mpg (highway) and was down shifting constantly. My wife liked it so much we are probably going to regear so she can run the 275/70-17s or a 285/75-16.

Hey Sergio - do you have any issues with rubbing? I have basically the same truck - 2014 Baja with the "factory lift". I've been looking at these tires in the KO2s because of the D range rating...

Just ordered BFG KO2's in LT275/70/16 LR D, will post pics once they're installed. Based on everything I've read there shouldn't be any rubbing issues with stock suspension as they are only 1/2 inch taller and 4/10 of an inch wider than stock tires.
