H11 won’t fit, these housings take H7 bulbs. I’m sure LED and HID options will work as well as they do in any other halogen housing i.e. not well but bright white/blue color and much better but potentially with too much glare respectively. The dust caps will have to be modified in either case.

These lights do use H11’s. The old ones used H7’s.

No, I’ve just looked at them occasionally. Didn’t realize they changed bulb types. The remainder of the post remains true.

I remember posting this a couple months back, asking everyone's opinion on these.
They just came back with "spider eyes" comments...
    cannot unsee.

What's up all, back with some good news.. finally got these headlights running with LED's properly. (yes I know I voided warranty...)
Experimented with many different "dust covers" and have found the best solution. Used the factory dust covers along with some aftermarket ones to get a nice seal and has the proper depth needed for the bulb to sit in the headlight. Cutting the original dust cover and the aftermarket one was obviously needed. Currently using some H11 LED bulbs without a fan that dissipate heat out the back, I guess aviation aluminum does it's thing (let's see how long these actually last)
They are now completely dust proof and fit like a glove around the back opening. Check out the photos below.
