I replaced my alternator last weekend and found the fsm WAY too complicated.
Talking about removing the fan shroud and whatnot. I was thinking of doing a write up with pictures and bolt sizes and whatnot.
Anybody interested or is there already one?

I'd like that. I plan on having this truck for a while and I assume I'll need to replace it eventually.

Cool. I'll try to do it this weekend. I plan on taking pictures, so I will add them to it as well.

I plan on changing my alternator and starter at 100K miles whether it needs it or not. I'd definitely benefit from a well written writeup.
