    Stock for. Ow
so we bought my wife a 2015 Nissan 370Z. Bought it brand new right before the 16s came out. Car doesn't even have 17,000 miles on it.

The car is hard top, no sunroof, but yet leaks like a sift. Heck I've had jeep wranglers leak less than this thing does.

So far we're on try #4 for the dealership trying to fix it.

Try #1: replaced all the seals on back glass

Try#2: oh we forgot to drain the water out of the seat belt holders. Drained it and put it under the shower, no leaks

Try#3: gutted the whole interior of the car, cleaned drain holes in the body track or something like that. This came from Nissan corporate, since the dealership has no clue what to do at this point. Get home and it was fine for a while. Not to mention they kept the car nearly a month

Try#4: leaks the day before we're leaving to go to Florida. My dealership informs they can't give me a rental, due to all of theirs being loaned out. So we'll just have to drink it off when we get back

The car has been detailed numerous times, cabin filters changed and continues to smell awful when it's shut up on hot days

I ask for a buy back from Nissan When the dealership had it on try #3. I ask for a buy back again but was Informed I would have to take it to the dealership before Nissan would evaluate my case again. Nissan wanted to give me a 7yr/ 100,000 mile extended warranty. The didn't like my response of that's fine do I get to add that to my 6yr/ 100,000 mile that I've already bought for a total 13 yrs/ 200,000 miles. I told the regional corporate officer on the phone, I said don't offer me a damn warranty this time. Because I can guarantee I won't keep the car long enough to be out of warranty

I don't think I'll be doing anything else till I talk to a lawyer . Anybody out there got any experience with this process? Specifically in Georgia?

Idk if it makes a difference but the dealer handling my work is in Tn
