anyone buy anything from toyotaproshop?

I bought these LED lights (high beams and headlights) for my 2019 tacoma and they are awful can barely see anything. I have tried to reach out to them multiple times but no answer. Wondering if this is a common problem?

Also anyone have any recommendations for LED light replacements?

I would give them a week or so to respond. Pretty busy time of year ya know...

 

I have been emailing them also. I bought the whole set of LED lights for a 2020 Tacoma I just purchased. There is no Number to contact for customer service. I received all the lights in different shipments from different people all over California. The first issue I had was pair of fog lights. the bulbs were shipped to me in an envelope that was cut in half and put into another envelope. The bulb was missing a cover of one and bent metal on the other. I emailed the person I have been emailing with. They issued another set according the person. The headlights were installed low and high beams. First ten mins the low beam just completely shuts off. I email the person again and tell them I took off all the bulbs and I need a call tag to ship them back for a refund. They say that they cannot refund them because I already put them on vehicle. I will send them all the bulbs back for a full refund, but the person is saying they cannot refund them. I WOULD NOT PURCHASE Anything from TOYOTA PRO SHOP. The quality of the products SUCK and are cheap. The box don't even have a brand name on them. This guys gets these products From over seas. They say that Customer Service is there Priority. As you can see were the Customer Service really is. Heads Up Do Not Buy From Here. A Good and Pricey Learning Experience.
