Anyone deal with Toyota ProShop?

Similar experience here. The grill came in and everything looked fine at first. Put on the TSS Sensor plate and had it all ready to go then I see a clip was broken on it. I tried to glue it and seemed to have held but I have contacted them through Instagram and Facebook with no response yet. I would like to either return or at least get a discount for damaged goods.

Online retailers have policies they like to adhere to - I now have online policies as a customer - if the business doesn't ship within 24 -48 hours - I cancel the order. I'm not giving out zero interest loans to crappy businesses to sit on my money for a few days or a week. I remember when online retailing started - everyone was shipping super fast, and competing hard. Now it's the opposite, there are so many online retailers and many of them are giving shitty service. I remember when Amazon began your shit would ship the same day (before prime existed) - now if you don't have prime they sit on your money for a day or before shipping. Total scam.

Even a lot of Ebayers are pulling this shit - they'll print a shipping label, and count that as "shipped".

Businesses who ship fast and treat me well, keep me as a repeat customer.

 

Etsy is probably one of the worst. Sometimes things don’t ship for a whole week.

 

Just got my first Etsy order - shockingly it took about 4-5 days total from order to receiving. That might be an exception then.

 

Some vendors are better than others. One instance, a vendor just forgot to ship the item, took 2 weeks.

 

Damn i'd send that shit back and say gimme my money!

 

If it was for me then I would but if I’m buying something from Etsy, it’s most likely for my gf

 

Glad I found this thread, almost pulled the trigger on a pro grill with raptor lights from Toyota ProShop.

I purchased the Pro Grill Raptor lights from them. Shipping was a little slow but the lights came in as expected and work great. I’ve had them on my truck for 2 months with no issues.

 

I don't want a refund, I just want my full order. Little help?

June 4: my credit card was charged.
June 5: Shipping Label Created
June 12: Pickup Scan - Baldwin Park, CA, United States
June 16: Delivery (also California)

The Grill looks great but I'm not installing it because I did not get the TSS Garnish

 

Due to COVID we have been having major delays in shipments across the board, which have been displayed on our website before purchase so that customers know that shipping is a bit slower than usual. We also sent out an email to all customers who purchased a grill and garnish telling them that the garnish shipment got delayed and that they would be shipped out in a separate package from the grills. If you send our customer service team an email during normal 9-5 business hours we will get back to you promptly. Thank you for your support and understanding during these tough times.

 

"3 to 5 business days" later and nothing not even tracking info. At this point I'll wait until early next week, but I'm not getting my hopes up after sending a DM through IG and no response.

We get hundreds of DM's everyday. We recommend on our site for people to email our customer service team at toyotaproshop@gmail.com if they have any questions about an order. Update:
June 16, I sent an email asking where the garnish was and got a same day response that it was on the way.
June 18 - garnish arrived!

 

I purchased the American flag decal set which came with two 6 x 3 flags and another, smaller flag. I'm not sure where to put the smaller flag, but I'm leaning towards the tailgate above the V6 decal. Anyone else have a suggestion?

 

I've got mine in the top driver side corner of the tailgate
