    BedRug FTW

Works better if you have a topper, but it IS waterproof so can be used in an open bed if you don't mind shampooing it every now and then.

No mud flaps, plasti dipped emblems, and rear bumper, Weather tech digital fit, Bed mat from tractor supply. Pioneer 4400BH head unit. B.A.M.F bed rail tie downs. AVS vent visors.
$43(with tax) mat from tractor supply i cut it to fit. i was not going to pay for the OEM toyota one. also i read that lineX said it can’t be done because the stuff wont stick like it needs to. with that said most likely it will not last long at all.

There are advantages to all of the mentioned systems of bed protection. It is more of a to-each-his-own. Personally I am a promoter of a Speedliner because of the huge advantages over all the others. Obviously the "rattle can" type spray in liners are cheap and easy, but remember that old adage, "you get what you pay for". This is directed toward those who want a spray in system, but Speedliner beats out all the others for durability, longevity, and final cost. When you look at the Herc and others, you end up having to reapply or redo the whole bed after a few months to less than a year. If anyone wants me to post specifics I will, but I guarantee Speedliner will outlast all the others. The key to all spray in systems though is the prep work. Proper prep work will work WONDERS for adhesion. Plus it can be 100% color matched.

I just sprayed mine with Rustoleum Bed Liner, it was only like $7.99 a can. It's nothing amazing but did make my 6 year old bed look better while giving it a little extra grip.

But I think this thread was in regards to spraying a composite bed.

And LINE-X color matches too. With Kevlar for that forever shiny look. :) Dang I miss that Ram.... :(

Yes, yes... we've all seen this type of thing in regular trucks before... even colour matched. Funny you should post that yellow one, I seen one in yellow just the other day. We're asking to see this stuff in the back of a 2nd Gen Tacoma composite (plastic... what ever it is) bed. At least three people, which includes the OP, have stated they have done this. Pictures have been asked for on more than one reply... but still no pictures.

I did the same thing about 3 weeks ago. I bought a 4'X6' horse stall mat at Tractor Supply because I was tired of stuff sliding around. It works like a charm. As a side benefit the 1" thick mat is tough and should provide excellent protection to the bed if something heavy or sharp gets dropped in the bed.

When I got my '03 Tundra, the aftermarket STILL had not caught up and made a bed mat for it.

Paid $65 for a Rubbermaid mat for an F150, trimmed 1/2" off of each side and a little off the ends and it worked like a champ.

Cool deal, they only had the long bed mat in stock, so I had enough left at the front to roll up and secure to the front of the box.
