I started my pest control journey back in early 2022. Unfortunately I got in with a not so good company which is now not in business anymore. I've always liked learning from other and their experiences. Post up if you are currently in the pest control business.

    I am not.

But I know four local independent companies who are well established and do quite well. Their staff is well trained and treated. They offer good customer service and results.

Chains have spiffy ads but seem to have a lot of staff turnover and inconsistent results.

Point is, you have some experience. If that's the line you want to stay in, I'd seek an established independent company to apply to.
