If anyone wants an update, I never went to get the light replaced. The issue never occured again.

What I think happened that day is that it went from sunny and HOT to downpour with a drastic ambient temperature drop in minutes (south florida) , causing the inner lens to condense. I have been through multiple downpours and used my pressure washer many times with no moisture inside.

It happens to mine too when I wash the truck (I use a pressure washer). The moisture evaporates over time so I never worried about it.

Noticed both of mine today. Been kinda foggy lately. Called dealer and they are going to replace for free. Either the seal or the assembly when diagnosing.

Don't you guys just love new technology. This seems to be happening to all newer vehicles from all manufacturers. Unfortunately, headlights and tail lights nowadays have vents in them.

Why is there condensation in the headlamps?
Headlamps have vents to accommodate normal changes in air pressure. Condensation can be a natural by-product of this design. When moist air enters the lamp assembly through the vents, there is a possibility that condensation can occur when the temperature is cold. When normal condensation occurs, a fine mist can form on the interior of the lens. The fine mist eventually clears and exits through the vents during normal operation.
