Anyone else have a 2020 TRD Off-Road Manual on order?

I placed an order for a 2020 Tacoma about three weeks ago. Anyone else have one on order?

 

I'm shopping around for a 2019/2020 and saw the Voo-doo blue in person. It really makes me want to order a 2020 with a MT.

Now the question is Sport or Off-Road with it being a daily driver.

 

About 4 weeks ago I ordered a AG Pro A/T. Was told 3 to 5 months delivery.

 

Can’t wait to get mine! The lead time is 8-20 weeks though (at least at the time I ordered mine...).

 

Sounds about right. I’m hoping closer to the 8week mark for mine!

 

If going with a DCSB, then OR MT. If going with an ACLB, then Sport MT all day long.

How so?

 

I can't afford $44k looking to stay around $35k.

 

Because the US market doesn't get the ACLB MT OR. If you want a LB MT, it has to be a Sport.

No regrets here.

 

Army Green is sweet, but besides the price, LB for me.

 

I do - in Cement without premium pack but with tech and LED lights. Dealer called today and said last week of October (I ordered on 9/9)

 

Order my PRO MGM 9/20/19. No word from dealer.

 

From my understanding they build Manuals in batches about every 3 months at the Texas plant so it depends where you fall in that cycle, when I ordered mine it took about 4 months total.

 

Definitely Off Road if you plan on taking it off road at all, and I still think it’s the much better value even if you don’t(but you should. It’s a good time!). A factory locker is huge and not a cheap mod to add in the aftermarket, ATRAC is an awesome system that you really can’t replicate(even if you’re not off roading these could come in clutch if you could find yourself at the bottom of a hill you really need to go up in a snowstorm, bogged down in some sand, struggling on a steep and slippery boat ramp if you do boats etc) and the Bilsteins/smaller rims give you a more compliant ride both on and off pavement. The sport gets you a fake hood scoop and bigger wheels? Apologies to any sport owners out there but I don’t really get it. I mean I drove one and I guess it’s marginally more nimble and flatter in the corners but it’s still not the vehicle you want to canyon carve, but is a great highway trip vehicle so wouldn’t ya want a more compliant ride? Unless you really want the manual/longbed combo priorities are priorities and I get that.
