LARGER WHEELS. DIFFERENT STEREO. PUSH BAR. TAILGATE EXTENDER. WIPER MOD. TPMS LIGHT DELETE MOD.
The stereo in my 2009 access cab acted up on the test drive and never worked correctly through 8 repair attempts at the dealer..even two "replacements". It is a basic CD player with AM/ FM and the steering wheel controls. Long story short: The last time I went in for the radio I was told that it is no longer under warranty and I was turned away. I called Toyota customer care and they sent me a check for a new stereo. I purchased a new OEM NOS radio from a 2005 model. It's basic, but it's been working great ever since. (I now deal with another dealership.) My original used to turn on and off by itself. It would change channels. The screen would go black. I wonder what others have experienced. Please report.

I had a 2008 access cab with the Plain Jane stereo and I had the same issues with it.
Took it back to the dealership and they could not find anything wrong with it.
    Installed an Alpine (problem solved).
