Anyone else hearing creaking sound a few minutes after shutting off engine?

As title mentions, I’m hearing a groaning / creaking sound a few minutes after shutting off truck. Seems to be coming from under the bed or around that area.

not concerned, just curious.

This is a ‘25 trd sport, 4wd

 

Rear of truck has usually two sounds: 1) Fuel evaporative unit has the electric motor whirring noise which can go on for a couple minutes. Will occur randomly. 2) After a few minutes after parking, auto parking brake will release and re-engage as an adjustment to cooling brakes. Sounds like a loud chirping/squealing noise.

Engine bay of truck which I haven't figured out yet, there is a sound like a dull thunk or big relay engaging/disengaging.
