    Howdy folks, longtime lurker, never had much to contribute. That being said...

    I'm in the process of buying a 2020 TRD Pro, and I have the VIN from the dealer I will be purchasing it from. I checked the Toyota VIN website a couple of weeks ago, and everything looked normal. Fast forward to today, I look again to see if there is any update, and I notice the color looks a bit different. Instead of "Army Green", they are listing it as "Dk.green", with the same 6V7 code. Any ideas as to why they changed it?

    Manufactures like to give names to colors to sell em, same paint different name.
    gotta keep the Army Green guys happy, so they know that they have the only ones known in existence :D

    Hurry up and buy the army green truck.

    The color is discontinued for 2021 and available 2020 Pro inventory is minimal in a lot of areas. 2021 production starts in July.

    My guess would be that will be the color name for next year as it becomes available on other models and not on the PRO. You're just seeing the internal coding change taking place towards the end of the 2020 model year.
