Anyone else suffer from depression?

    Well, I didn't mean to start a debate. I do not think that everyone gets hit with depression the same way. Mild to severe we are all different, I did think maybe it was something I did, and maybe my walk with the Lord was not all it should be. That thought hung around for maybe 5 minutes, this is something I have not done to myself.

    As for dealing with it, I am no doctor. But being able to open up to people and not be judged for it is a major start. If you ask Ben or Todd and someothers they can tell you I keep busy, my truck, house, and yard are kept in an order that shows it. I am outside alot, try to eat right, but I still lost 20 pounds. In all of this, I have not worried about anything.

    I quess in a nut shell, at times we need help. As long as we can see an issue we can meet it head on. The funny thing is other people do see it, sometimes before we can get a word out. Those true friends will walk by your side and help you deal with it, with out judging. Those friendships will last a lifetime.
