Anyone ever try using CleanBoost Maxx for a little more power?

Anyone ever use this stuff or any other fuel additives for a little extra juice? The Youtube video on Cleanboost Maxx is pretty convincing and it's pretty cheap. The Civic showed a 10 HP/5 FT-LB improvement. That much improvement for about $1.25 a tank (One Bottle mixes with 480 GA) seems almost too good to be true.
