Anyone ever use StreetSmart for reman trans?

    Good afternoon,

    I'm looking to lay away a new (remanned, actually) trans to go with a project 1GR-FE, and was looking at a couple of companies. Several are right out the window based on preliminary research, but StreetSmart looks promising based on what they advertise, and the price landed and delivered is pretty reasonable.

    Anyone have any firsthand experience? Looks like they do a full rebuild and hot/cold dyno testing, and the warranty offered is pretty decent.

    I would go with a local shop but the reputable place quoted me $5500 parts and labor for an overhaul on my existing, not including remove and reinstall?!!? I can get a new one for less.
