Was looking at getting the weathertech mud flaps for my 25. Did you ever get these? They look like they'll give good coverage, better than OEM at least, but haven't seen many reviews so hesitant to pull the trigger yet.

Curious how yours turned out. Mine came with no screws and the rear flap holes didn't even line up. 2 of 4 were off at least 1/4 to 3/8", enough to miss the screw grommet. Had to use piece cardboard to map out the correct bolt pattern and re-drill the mudflaps. Installed with some oem screws I also had to buy separately. One had big chunk of plastic from the mold not properly trimmed off. Really poor quality for what they are charging.

Mine were fine. It only had one hole slightly off. Sorry you had a bad experience. I usually buy weathertech but there’s weren’t out yet when I bought Husky.

The USA factory mud flaps are pretty disheartening. I do wonder what led them to creating that refined shape (extra margin in EPA tests for airflow dynamics?)

Having just installed them, I can attest that OEM part:
    Tacoma Mudguard & Hardware Set
    Part Number: PK389-35R00-P1

Fits 1:1 on all mounting points and is wide enough to cover out to the sidewall for both OEM 18x7.5 +55 (LTD wheel) and the OEM 18x8 +45 (TRD wheel).

This is the set that you see in all the marketing materials where "Tacoma" is stamped into the rear guards. 3 screws each front, 4 on each back. Took less than 15 min.

For the +20 wheels of the TRD Pro and Trailhunter, change the part code to PK389-35R50-P1 to get the even wider version.

These two come as a kit of all four and the #500 set came with screws as well (I just reused from the factory set)

And to finish off the OEM options, here are the past numbers for the angular factory flaps:
    76621-AK010 front right
    76622-AK010 front left
    76625-AK010 rear right
    76726-AK010 rear left

I too just installed the Canadian OEM version on my TRD OF. The coverage is way better and they look good!

Running the Canadian OEM on my TH. No complaints here- definitely is keeping the side of the truck a lot cleaner than without.

The RallyArmor kit is spendy but they fit so well. Lots of coverage, very flexible, easy install. No regrets.

Removed the standard Canadian wide mudflaps on my Trailhunter and replaced with RallyArmor flaps which hang about at least two inches lower front and rear so that's blocking a lot more of what the wheels throw up. The other important thing with the RallyArmor flaps is they eliminated the v-notches where a lot of splash was coming through onto the sides of the truck.

I have the full-sized Ark flaps and I like them. I had rally-armor mudflats on my Subaru and they are much nicer than Arks but also more expensive.

Can you perhaps quickly measure from ground to the bottom of the flaps? I like that height and might try to replicate it DIY.

For sure. I installed the RallyArmor flaps my 3rd day of ownership. Ordered them even before I took delivery of the truck!

I don't know, seems like anything coming from through the notch would hit up higher where it looks clean. Mud and rocks don't sling off the tires perpendicularly.

This gap elimination is for spray coming off the tires flowing back through the gap (with some salty spray starting to be seen in front of the body side moulding), not necessarily rock chipping. The body sides are less “white” now from salty wet spray drying on it when snow melting occurs.

On a Trailhunter with stock size Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac RTs ~33” tires and factory lift my front RallyArmor flaps are about 8.5” above ground and the rears are about 9.25”, both are at least 2” closer to the ground than my stock Toyota Canada mudflaps.

I have these on mine also. The side of my truck is not covered in mud, like before.
