Anyone found a Good Folding Tailgate Step???

    I found myself envious of a GM tailgate... got to say it hiurts my soul, Im Japanese! My people dropped the ball... But seriously... a folding tailgate step for those of us with short legs...Someone has to have made one...Help a brother out ;-)

    Been to Japan before, love the culture!

    These days there are many good aftermarket options.
    I believe Toyota make one for the 3rd gens which you may be able to attach it to your 2nd gen.

    Yup, someone at work has one of these and likes it.

    I saw this video on YT a while back. I bet if it bolts up to a 3rd gen, it should also work on a 2nd.

    I like this in concept, but after using a step stool to access the bed through a side camper door I know that I wouldn't be able to reach enough of the bed from a tire step. The step stool can at least be moved around easily, and folds up about the same size. Or I can just step up on the tire itself.

    I was more interested in something like this to use as a table for cooking on if I could add a larger surface to it.

    Thanks for posting though. The other similar tire steps I've seen were a lot more $$.
