If I do not exceed the speed limit and I keep my rpm's under 2k I average 20+ mpg in my double cab.

None currently, but I would like a better sounding exhaust and perhaps a cold air pack and some color coded step bars
Here in New England , we have 10% ethenol, most stations have probably been getting fuel treated for the colder, almost winter weather.
Fuel mileage always drops in the winter, just a fact of life. When it gets really cold, lets say down to 10deg, we always let our vehicles warm up some, which certainly doesn't help fuel mileage.
I think a cold air intake and a nice set of exhausts would help overall mileage but its hard to justify that cost, at the present . Will think about it during the winter.

18 City to 21.8 Hwy. I've only had 6 tanks so far. Stock V6, Doublecab, 4WD. I just ordered TRD Intake and Exhaust. We'll see how they compare. The freeway was cruise control set for 68mph/2000rpm for 400 miles continuous on flat land.

Harden your bark, there are storms on the horizon.
went to NC a couple weeks ago to go wheelin'. 590 miles one way. stock 4.0 access cab with a drop in K&N. 265-75-16 BFG MT's @34psi and roughly 350-400lbs of gear. got 20.47 on the first fill up (93 octane) and 20.89 on the second. these are no BS numbers. i was very happy as i only get about 17.5 around town with the larger tires. i'm very confident i could get over 22 mpg with my stock wheels & tires. speed varied from 65-75 mph

I get 20+ locally and as high as 23 on the interstate. My current tank is at 20.8 mpg, according to the ScanGaugeII, which has been just local driving. I have about 2300 miles on the truck. I have had the truck since March so as you can see I don't drive a lot. This tank is 43 days old with about 1/8 tank left. I usually don't fill up until after the light comes on.

I generally get 19-21 out of my 06 DCLB TRD sport 4x4. Combination city and highway.
Have gotten as high as 24 on one trip during the summer. I keep my tires between 35-40 psi

All my highway trips have been with 450-550lbs of stuff in the truck, not including the driver. If I keep it at 65, I get 20-23 under those conditions. I suspect it would be better without all the weight.

I average 20 MPG, on 87 octane, 80 miles per day, all highway. 05 DC Long Bed, 50,000 miles, stock engine and tires. I don't think there is such a thing as winter mix gas in Texas. I usually get better gas milage during the winter, since I don't run the AC.

I did it again. Got tired of paying truck payments and gas and traded in for a 2015 Honda Accord Sport since I enjoyed my 2013 Sport so much.
I dunno, but everytime I've filled up I've gotten 17-18MPG. Mostly city driving.

I've never seen 20 MPG highway driving..
The highest I've ever got was 19.3.
Should hit 20 when winter blend gas is gone this Spring and no more warm ups..

I was doing the same until I got my AFE Pro Dry filter. Almost 2 years of 17-18, then BAM! I got 19mpg the tank I added it, and after that 20mpg.

Just calculated it, between first and second fill up, only 600 miles on the truck and I got 20.5mpg

Depends on where you live and what gas is available. I get about 18.5-19 consistantly here in Iowa. I got 21-22.5 during a week in Colorado.

I asked the toyota techs and they said it's something to do with the different blends of gassoline. My truck definatly ran different out there, not better, not worse, just different...
