Yeah i saw the 401 lb-ft too, but it seem there 3 tranmission on the Tundra around these year

    • 5-speed automatic (A750E/F)
    • 6-speed automatic (AB60E/F)
    • 6-speed automatic (A760E/F)

It show that the transmission is 6 speed so they don't use the A750F for this one.

Just figured it out, they put it in 3rd assuming 3rd was my 1:1, i told them before I believe 4th is my 1:1 and 5th is my overdrive, thats what fucked up my dyno results I'm assuming

Get a dyno with an AFR reading if you want to be safe. Prochargers tune is already known to have been pretty bad in the past. I'm a little skeptical about that torque figure but different dynos will tend vary a bit. Also spend a sec and read the Procharger thead. We have been working with that system for a minute and there are a couple issues to keep an eye on. The trans will be fine, add a cooler if you don't have one. Also definitely dont put 4.88 with 32s. I'm on 4.88 with 35s and it's a bit undergeared for extended highway driving. I'd definitely go 4.56 if I did again.

Oh yea, it overestimated my torque by at least 40% due to the gearing differences btwn 3rd and 4th, oh well, they said they'd re run it for free on tuesday, i was going to say it sure as shit doesnt feel like 387 lb ft of torque

Got the results back 231.9HP, 294lb ft of torque, anyone have any idea why my HP is so low? Would them not turning off traction control effect the numbers? 20220816_133412.jpg

Honestly it sounds like a calibration issue with the dyno. Again I would get this re-evaluated somewhere else where they can give you some useful information like AFR and Map values.

Calling around now, thanks for the advice, anyone know expected gains from aftermarket tuning after using the Procharger factory tune? I imagine procharger runs it super rich and change the timing to make it safer

Seemed like most people on the stock tune/setup were making around like 300hp/330tq. Like I said before it was discovered that their tune was pretty crummy so I wouldn't make any assumptions. I also wouldn't rip on it too much unless you got a wideband in there, and or a dyno with AFR to make sure everything is safe for ripping. You don't want to melt a piston or something because it's super lean and you didn't know. Did you use the fuel pump booster or install an aftermarket pump?

Yep, tuning shops should be able to adjust it since it was flashed with HP tuners software right?

They could with a full HPTuner not the RTD, you would also still have to buy tuning credits. On the note of the RTD device, you can use that device to data log with the VCM Scanner software. It's a free download, you should make a log and post it up.

    https://www.hptuners.com/downloads/

Quick tutorial on how to accomplish that..

Couple minutes cruising, one soft accel normal driving, and one hard one should be plenty.
