I'm a tire dealer. I just ordered them through my supplier(American Tire Distributors). I think they say "Gorilla" on the order screen, but they come bulk in little "cocaine" sized zip lock baggies, so who knows what brand they actually are, but I've never had an issue with them and they're good quality. They were $.74/ea. I know it's cheating but I use my shop discounts where I can get them. :D

Whats your feeling on their build quality? I have t seen any in person, but I think they are one of the best looking wheels out there right now.

Top notch! The only thing I wish they'd have done differently is to shank the wheel lugs for a duplex style lug nut, such as the factory wheels, TRD wheels, etc. The TPMS sensors mount a little differently, so you have to be a little more careful when mounting the tire, but a professional tire tech will catch it.

Also, I was wrong in my earlier post, the lug nuts I bought are 19mm head, and I bought an adapter socket for use with the factory lug wrench.

Also, I'm going to install a very small lift, as the tires rub ever so slightly when turning hard on large bumps.

D66FBDED-5D01-46E3-87E3-02FC8F39766B.jpg I whent with this one so far so good I don’t really do extreme off-roading so it’s ok for now. Rides like factory but I did go With rated E tires so it’s a bit stiffer

I absolutely love these wheels and I would buy a set if they weren't so damn heavy.

That's what i want to put on mine. I'm curious to see how they look on a non-lifted taco. Buying everything at the same time is way to expensive than i can justify, so planning on rims first, then when the tires get near replacement, get the lift and some 285s.

Looks killer. Would you recommend that kit? It's dirt cheap for the amount of lift it provides.

They aren't heavy! :notsure: Maybe 3 lbs more than the stock wheels I took off and the same as TRD wheel from curling both. Going to a 10 ply adds about another 20 lbs, I went with a 6 ply for the DD T4R to save a little weight but honestly can't tell the difference. It drives the same.

Honestly if you don’t do any extreme off-roading I recommend it it’s only a bit more stiff than factory nothing to harsh

It's all relative. To me, stock wheels are too heavy. I need a wheel that is less than 25lbs and light-weight tires also. That's because I have a 2.7, Regular Cab, 4x4 with 285s. There aren't many light-weight 285s, but I have to pay attention to tire/wheel weights. If I had a 6cyl, I wouldn't care too much.

I know exactly what you mean. My old daily is a '94 Toy, 4X4, 22RE, LCE performance mods, etc, and I just went back to SR5 wheels with 33X10.50R15 General X3 tires. Even with 4.88 gears and at 7200' elevation, it barely gets out of it's own way. The SR5 wheels are 17 lbs. and the steelies I had on it were 30, and I can totally tell the difference accelerating. Rotating mass is huge when you're underpowered.
