I used the 881s. The 882s might have been better. The other option is to use some of the 2nd gen OME springs. I talked with the guys at Wheelers Offroad (those guys have been great for parts and information) and we decided on the 881s. It was our collective best guess, because it seems like every truck package has different results with lift springs.

I don't remember the height exactly, but I think I was getting around 2.25" with the 881s and the 5100s on the second setting. That's with a V6 DC.

Don't get me wrong, a lot of people have success with the OME springs on the 5100s, and the 5100s in general. I just really like the adjustability of the coilovers. Not to mention the ride quality benefits of coilovers.

I was going to go get 883's but they (toytec ) says not to use ome springs on bilsteins? I know ppl say stuff bout them but dont 100% know why, I actually was told on the phone.

Just one, first gens need only one extended brake line in the back

Was a PreRunner, now it isn't
yes, it is cheap insurance to have brakes.

Those dakar's have a lot of droop in them.

Should be fine unless you offroad regularly.

Yes you can get 883s amd in fact ARB now doesn't recommend 882 for first gen anymore but instead 883s

Yea toytech and really every says that OME coils should go on billy5100s they can tho. Honestly I'd just pay the extra 20bucks for the nitro chargers at we're designed for them..
