2000 Tacoma XtraCab 2.7L 4x4

I have an 02 4 runner with possibly bad ECU, throwing the lovely electromagnetic clutch code. I bought another Ecu but can’t test it unless the immobilizer is disabled or coded to the car.

please let me know if you can help me. This is an amazing truck which we just did head gaskets and plenty of other mods. This code makes it undriveable.
