I am looking into switching out my 2022 SR for a 2023 SR because of a litany of problems ive had with it small warranty repairs over and over. I have been to fowler, bob howard and jim norton. All tried scummy things once I sat down at the desk with addendums and fees and adding literally THOUSANDS out of nowhere for nothing I need(Catalytic convertor etching for $1000, lifetime nitrous tire inflation for $500, "fowler advantage" warranty for $1500 that covers nothing tangible lol and almost all dealers around here refuse to take any of it off, i dont mind driving can someone point to an "honest" enough dealer i dont mind driving a few hours but this has been such a horrible experience ha

Avoid Post Oak for those same reasons.

Is a 2023 going to be better then a 2022?

I ended up getting mine out of Hendrick Toyota in Kansas, but that's because I specifically wanted a Green Pro back in 2019. But they did not jerk me around and add in hidden "warranties" or other BS. All in all it was pretty straight forward, but it was all over the phone, email and text. 390 for delivery to OKC.

Eddy's Toyota in Wichita, KS was great to deal with. I did it all online and over the phone. Arrived, test drove the truck, they checked out my trade in, I signed the paperwork and we were back on the road in about 45 minutes. It was the most seamless purchase at a dealership I've ever had.

In 2016 I emailed every Toyota dealer in OK, NWA, and North TX. Then took the best quote to Jim Norton Tulsa, my nearest dealer, and they matched it plus beat my best trade in price by $1000 (2010 Tacoma). Got the exact options and color I was looking for. I think they did tack on the dealer fee of $399 or something like that but it was in the quoted matching price. They got me on a few accessories that I rolled into the financing. I said no to all the financing add ones besides GAP Ins. I knew what I wanted so they didn’t try too hard. I brought a letter from my bank with their loan rate offer and Toyota beat that by a half percentage.
