Blackstone labs gives my engine glowing reports with Mobil1 advanced full synthetic. I much prefer going and getting my supplies in person rather than waiting for things online from a possible dubious source. And while I’m not rubbing nickels together, it’s nice that most large stores almost always have a sale on oil and filter combo. Doing an oil change yourself with premium oil (I said what I said) and still paying less than half for a box of chocolates experience (never know what you’re gonna get) at a dealership or shop is the way to go.

Been a Major oil Brand. LOL You go to F1 races and you see the banners with the likes of Rolex and Other major brands. https://www.liqui-moly.com/en/us/co...UnF9GkRIcBHXHglPuN7qhyd4aCU9ebyQaAt-fEALw_wcB European car shops rave about this stuff. We had a audi years ago and this was the oil audi recommended other than the OEM . Unlike other brands Liqui Moly will actually warranty in certain circumstance your components. Don't see Valvoline, Pennzoil, supertech doing that .

Umm, yes they do, in fact you named the two brands most known for it:
    https://valvoline.promo.eprize.com/engineguarantee/
    https://www.pennzoil.com/en_us/warranty.html

F1 teams use whatever oil they like that meets FIA regulation. The track banners are paid advertisement, the teams are under no obligation to use any specific products unless FIA requires it. Most sponsors don't even require a team to use the product, it's not like the crew is eating spam, drinking a slurrpy, popping viagra, and surfing pornhub during the race.

Still waiting for data to prove the claims in your video and posts. And where is your explanation of why API and ILSAC is a joke?

And black stone is correct. Using real data. This guy is posting bullshit posts to try and market his product. Regular oil changes on well running FJ are not producing sludge and burnt oil. I wouldn’t trust this vendor

While I use Supertech oils I have found Mystic to be far better at clinging to the bar and chain and less expensive than Super tech's which seems to be simply 30w motor oil.

Testing viscosity in such a basic way is in no way a scientific analysis of which oil is better. Good grief.

Toyota probably recommends their oil, but i have no idea what every dealer services their oil changes with. I can only say the dealer they sent me to for toyota care uses mobil 1.....maybe cause they have a deal with a mobile 1 oil change shop next door, idk.

He clearly states he is not using any standardized or recognized tests. The things he does are not as relatable to how an engine oil does in an ICE as our human brains think.

PF is great for some of his tool comparos but engine oil testing like this is for fun only - and interestingly Amsoil wins a lot of his tests, so I have to resist my internal sales guy to write this!

This is like the men's version of buying expensive shampoos and creams. Just change your oil often with any brand and you're good. Supertech is a-okay

Ya the testing is pretty subjective, I do think the wear test and cooked oil test is interesting. He sends them all out for oil analysis and has the results in the end of this video.

liquimoly looks pretty good but price seems too high. might as well just go Amsoil if you are spending that much money.

Amsoil is just as bad. They hire "brand reps". Basically a pyramid scheme and all they do is go on Facebook pages and promote the product with zero real word experience or data.

Just because something cost more does not mean its any better.

Why do you say the best? Every trans feels brand new after a service, even with the cheapest fluids.
