wondered if anyone replaced the factory front mudflaps with these and if they just bolt right up or have to drill new holes??

They bolt up just fine you use the existing holes for them. I bought a set hoping to cure some tire rub but they didn't. Ended up taking them off and the rears and so far the truck looks better and sounds quieter too.

edit: would be willing to re-sell the front set (bought fronts only)

No drill - they bolt right up with the supplied hardware. Some people have reported a few of their holes not lining up perfectly, but mine were dead-on. Highly recommended. There's a big thread on here with pictures and more details if you're interested.
