Anyone have issues with their 2014 radio?

I typically stream using my iPhone since I dropped XM in my Tacoma. When I stream, I’m plugged into the USB port. When I park my truck, I turn off the truck and unplug the phone, maybe not always in that order.

Recently, every time I get in my truck, my radio either says “audio off”, and I never turn the radio off when parking, or, it starts up on FM channel 89. I tried to set the radio on FM and channel 107.9, but it still defaults to off or 89. Not sure what to think, I don’t recall this being this way in the past. Are there any known issues like this?
