Anyone have the Alpharex LUXX series headlights and know how to change white DRL to Amber?

As stated in my original post, I've looked. There are no other connections or wires in there.

So turns out I actually received the wrong headlights lol. They sent me the similar-looking PRO series, instead of the more expensive LUXX series that I ordered. The PRO series does not come with the DRL option. I've been in contact with Tacoma Beast and they are sending me the correct ones and gave me a label to RMA the ones they sent me.

 

I had the same issue with the alpha Rex luxx, 2018 SR5. I ended up not using the converter it just seemed not to work properly at all and from what I seen it was the same converter for the 2nd gen Tacoma alpha Rex headlight. If you connect the wires from the headlight to the trucks harness it will put it on amber. I had so much trouble figuring it out hope that helps

 

Weird. I was sent the wrong lights. They sent me the correct ones a few days ago, got them installed, and the DRL wires were there and everything is fine with the converters/harnesses. ‍/shrug

 

If it’s working that’s the important thing. Mine might be still broken too lol
