Had to pull over to the side of the road and wait for a tow truck. It's basically in limp mode as it will only drive slowly.

I didn't even realize there was a brake override feature that could malfunction.

Update: Turns out the parking lot i pulled into is used by doctors that work at the hospital next door. Stopped eating my wings out of guilt after i watched these men go in and out of the hospital in their scrubs.

Turned it off and on 3 times, after the 3rd time the "brake malfunction " sign went away but the check engine and traction off are still lot. Truck accelerates fine now. Should i wait for tow truck or drive home?

I would wait for the tow truck and have it dropped at the dealer, somethings wrong and you have warranty for a reason.

I'll wait for the tow truck but i have a feeling they're going to give me a call tomorrow claiming nothing is wrong and it was a simple mistake. Should i let them dismiss it this easy or show concern?

I have no idea if this is something I should be worried about or not.

Make sure they document it, if it starts acting up at a later date then they have documentation telling them that it's not the first time.

Anything that says brake malfunction best to have towed. Stay safe and let us know what they find.

Never tried the gecko myself. It seems like the good wing places have closed down or worsened in taste.

I'll update the thread tomorrow with what the dealership tells me.

"Sir, the strong odor of vinegar and buffalo sauce is definitely not related to this issue"
