As the title says, I'm wondering if windoors were an option on the Leer 100xr shell for a 2nd Gen DCSB. The local leer dealer is telling me no after looking at the shell (said he could tell by the shape of the window) but I was hoping to confirm as I'm finding mixed info in web searches.

I have windoors on my Leer 180 short bed shell and i just had to replace one, as far as I could tell the part number is the same, and my window shape is the same as yours.

dealer is right, if you have the sliding windows the windoor cutout is slightly different and you will have gaps on both ends when you install the windoor in the old window cutout.
i am actually going through this this exact issue (although with a longbed) and am gonna make it work. i am thinking about filling the voids with epoxy putty, sanding, then painting over. most epoxy putties say the bond with fibreglass and have a a good tensile lbs/square inch ratings.

    anyone have any other suggestions?

Do you happen to have a part number? If you could take a pic from the side I'd appreciate it too.

That's my concern. I don't want to order the glass and have it not fit.

Looks like @Dye22 has more accurate info on it. When i was on the phone with my local leer dealer he kept referencing mine as a 100 and i kept reminding him 180 and he seemed to think they're the same, but i guess not. I was able to straight swap a slider for a windoor on my 180

I recall on mine. I think to have an XR was as someone noted available but no longer offered. I looked a bunch and was not able to find one. Will be selling the shell soon.

If it were me I’d use a bondo body patch on the inside, cut to the shape you want, then fill it with the fiberglass filler. Might even want to use their fiberglass fabric to build up thickness and strength. Make sure that patch overlaps the inside a good deal so you can get a good strong bond.
