anyone here send a knife back to Benchmade for warranty?

    back to bone stock.
    i got one back to them. blade was getting loose, and so was the handles.

    i checked tracking, and they got it. any correspondence? i cant even find a phone number..

    how did it play out? (for those that did this)

    Sorry man, but I hear they have good CS and will sharpen it for you while it's in. I sent a Leek back to Kershaw when the spring broke and they sent a brand new one to me in a week.

    i would rate their communication a "needs improvement".

    but the knife work..is amazing. without as much as a peep, i got a box in the mail. knife is FIXED!! looks like they took it apart and added some retrofit bushings. knife is smooth to open, and blade is very rigid. they replaced every fastener.

    sharp? pretty sharp, but i sent it to them sharp.

    benchmade fuck the world. too bad mine got stolen along with my buck vanguard and wallet the other night. but i love that thing. havent had to deal with Customer service eyt tho

    I love benchmade and kershaw knives for this reason. Send in the problem knife and get it back fixed no questions asked. At least that's how my kershaw experience went, buddy has the benchmade and the same for him.
