I have them for car, home and flood insurance, and banking. No complaints with them. I'll gladly pay a few hundred extra per year so that I can have their customer service.

I've had insurance and a credit card through them for about 10 years. The customer service is great. I've never had any problems with their service and they've been very helpful whenever I've had a claim or question. I can't speak for their banking, but that's just because I prefer having a local branch.

I've been with them for almost 10 years. Have vehicle and home owners insurance through them, plus my Taco is financed with them - they had the best rates at the time. I've thought about banking, but not sure I'm ready to do it all through the mail...

    Yeah, customer service is great.

I went thru them for quotes. No dealer's in my area, closest was 300 mi. away. The dealers responded quick & with quotes but i bought local for about the same price, though one dealer kept emailing me asking if the price was good. I'd use them in the future for quotes & check their interest rates. I don't think a person can go wrong thru USAA, I never have any issues with them, very good to do business with, they stand behind everything.

I have only been with USAA since June 08, but I can tell you there banking institution is oustanding. I left Bank of America, because they gave you crappy interest rates, and their my overall customer satisfaction was disappointing and they don't really seem to care too much about it.

Received my 2.0% Pre-Commission Load from them. Their savings accounts receive great interest rates. I have both my Mutual Funds and Roth IRA through them. After my auto insurance is up in June I plan on switching to them.

Another plus, they do not charge for out of bank transfer. Bank of America charges $3.00 per transaction. Not to mention ATM fees. Bank of America nickel and dimes you ever chance they get.

Another way they show they really care about their customers is the USAA Education Foundation. They are a non-profit organization designed to educate their members about personal finances. This is a not a gimmick to get people to move to USAA. They do not promote any of their offers or try to sell you anything.

You can go to their website and look up their publications. You can order their books from anything such as: Family, Financial, Insurance topics. A really great resource free of charge. We had a representative who retired a Chief Master Sergeant in the Air Force come speak with us.

Dude, if you are eligible do it.... service kicks ass... I had my Credit Card used by someone other than me and they used over $8K.... I called USAA all upset and they reassured me that the following morning my account would be right... guess what, it was... Great service and a solid banking institute.

I use USAA for all of my insurance needs. I have been thinking about moving my banking over to them. I have used them since 1983.

yep i do. at least for insurance. they are wonderful. I have had my banking through chase for years so i dont really want to go through the hassle of switching over.
