@Andy01DblCabTacoma might be able to help. With that kind of service I would spend my money elsewhere, I know you have time invested but none of it is a good sign.

 

Sadly the deposit is non refundable so I'm in fully.

 

There are a few folks floating around here who work or have worked at dealerships, but I am not one of them, and there is nothing I can do to help.

You must have bought the vehicle from one person/representative, right? If that person can't give you a straight answer, go up. Talk to their manager. If that doesn't work, go up from there. I don't know who these different people are, but make sure you're not going sideways. At the end of the day make sure there is only one "chain of command". Get names, dates, and detail the communication. If you have to go all the way up to Toyota Corporate it will help to have your ducks in a row.
