Bear Mountain Oktoberfest Meetup has been narrowed down to Sunday Oct 7th or the 14th. If you're interested in going, vote in the new poll or leave a comment. This is just a meetup, no off roading or camping. Just beers, food and hanging out.

As far as I know...and I lived in the Hudson Valley my whole life until 2016...there's nothing "legal" in terms of public off-roading. You really need to go to PA/MA/NH/VT/etc for that. You might be able to find some privately owned land that you can use but running any powerlines or the likes is definitely a "take the chance and be prepared for the consequences" risk as far as I know. If someone knows anything else please do let me know...I'd love to wheel in the Hudson Valley again (used to ride my quad on the property behind Yellow Freight in Maybrook before the DEP/police cracked down on it so they could build a golf course that as far as I know never happened)...but I don't know of anywhere to do so.

 

Bear Mountain Oktoberfest meetup is tomorrow. Meetup is in a parking lot next to the Mobil gas station at 1145 then we convoy over to the festival. Gas station address is 98 Hook Rd, Peekskill, NY. There is Dunkin Donuts if you want to get coffee. Festival starts at 12 but the bands don't start until 12:30.

What's up fellas! Just picked up a 19 Trd offroad. I'm not new to tacos though. I've had a 98 2010 and a 97. Syracuse NY checking in. About to get a pro grill and 12v solutions remote starter.

works for me, as long as its not good snowmobile riding. I want to add new lighting to my truck once my ankle fully heals from dirt bike accident. I haven't touched my truck in over a month

 

Damn that sucks about the ankle. Thinking about possibly a mod day in January or February. I’m going to post something in the other thread also
