That's messed up.

A Ct Combo plate is a private vehicle that *may* be used as commercial.
I'd venture to say that most pickups here have Combo plates.
I've had mine for over 30 years and always paid passenger car rates on the Hudson bridges when they had "normal" tolls.
Should have taken the F'n'J if I knew.
Lesson learned. Who would have thought.
