@Sasquatchtaco let us know how Lundy is, I expect you may find some snow. I went over South Mountain near Wndham this week in the work vehicle, probably 2” (seasonal maintenance, so unplowed).

Count me in for Lundy, but definitely after hunting season.

 

I know the camera takes away a huge amount but this doesn't even look like a 4x4 required trail. It looks Corolla friendly even
I've done terrible trails in a Corolla though.
Is it just the camera?

 

I felt the same, but if you foward way faster, it gets much more technical.

I went to PSC too, back in the early 90s. I lived at Turners Efficiency Cottages on Rt. 3 going toward Tupper. Worked at Desporados back when it was owned by the folks who owned Casa Del Sol. I usually get up there a few times a year but not always in the truck. I’d love to put a trip together on all the seasonal and logging roads up there, maybe overnight at the Allumni Campground.

 

I camp up at Lundy’s during the warmer months. There’s one rock section that’s a little sketchy but aside from that fairly easy riding.

Could also check out trails end road out that way. Vernoy kill falls are out that way and a cool spot to relax at.

 

im game i am a 6er and 46er and go up multiple times a year. always wanted to do some of the logging roads but have kept the trails up there to my feet haha

 

Still go to Despo's and Casa. Both still great. Have yet to get my truck off road. Gonna upgrade to a set of Falcon tires soon. These typical Goodyears are already worn to 4/32". Would like to try some rock crawling but no where in this part of the Adk Park is doable. APA.

 

I went into the freezing fog today and over south mountain to see exactly how bad my K02s with 57k on them are in the snow. Not terrible, but seriously thinking about a new set of them or wild peaks, or duratracs.

 

You definitely got more snow than we did here in the Adks. Rain snow mix here today

 

3” + of wet snow in Rexford today, it was coming down heavy this am.

@Sasquatchtaco man I'd be scared of some citidiots dinging my truck up or worse if I took it down to NYC. Looks like you lucked out with parking. I'd be pulling my hair out looking for a safe place to park my long bed.
