    I'm out in Lansing just outside of Ithaca I was living off of coddington rd in Ithaca, I'm familiar with horseheads the fiance and I go out there to get the kids clothescat Burlington. We should meet up sometime if you come out to Perry city rd maybe glenwood pines would be a good choice.

    Well as of right now I am catering a baptism on OCT 14, all are welcome. That leaves OCT 28th as the next day available. That might be a plan..... OCT 28th it is. If anyone can think up a them it would be helpful. I was think Octoberfest, but I dont really want to cook German food, no offense. Any help would be appreciated.

    Good idea, I like the Oktoberfest idea and for that matter Halloween. Roasting a pig sounds good. I might do some brats and a red wine roast while I am at it. I marinate a brisket in red wine with onions and garlic for like 24 hours or so then roast it. It is going to be a grill,smoker and oven kind of day so there will be a ton of meat.
