Anyone installed a ARB bumper on a 2012 sport !!!!

I have a 2012 sport and trying to install the ARB bull bumper. My issue is the part where you have to cut the top off of your original bumper. First off the pics suck and second the directions suck on this part but I did it per the directions but it seems too long to fit. If anyone has done this please let me know how you got this to fit. I have installed 3 other winch bumpers but not on a Toyota and none of them had me cut the original bumper as a part of the install.
This is driving me.

 

I thought mine was too long as well, but you need to raise the arb straight up. It will clear the (now) filler, and I cut mine about 1/2 inch longer than directions. Good luck
