Yes, I had to drill a 1" diameter hole in the back of the housing to run the wires.
Off Road lights in CA have to be covered when on road. I dont know about other states, but it is not legal to modify head lights in CA to any specifications except for stock, regardless of HID or Halogen.

Just what the world needs, ricers with even brighter hids. Not calling you a ricer but this is the crowd that it will eventually get to.

Im not sure, but my guy has a lot of his lighting sourced through DDM and their suppliers. I can take a pic of the ballast when I get home, but it looks like generic Chinese ballasts. That's why ima put it thru my idea of hell and back before I decide whether to push these :D

Well let me know because I'd definitely be all over a set if the housings can handle it

lol i was pretty much blind for a few minutes after adjusting/aiming them the other night, just from the glare and reflection off the garage door!

BTW, all parts are warrantied for a year and you can purchase extended warranty

Ok so he emailed me the final prices he can offer:
Standard 75w single beam kit prices:
    1-4 kits - $115/ kit
    5-9 kits - $110/ kit
    10-14 kits - $105/ kit
    15-19 kits - $100/ kit
    20+ kits - $95/ kit

    Upgrades:
    100w Upgrade - +$10/ kit
Slim Ballast Upgrade - +$15/ kit

    Warranty
    Comes with 1 year warranty
    3 years - +$6.50
    5 years- +$10
    Lifetime - +$15

    Shipping
I might be able to include shipping in the prices. If not, shipping will be $5.50/ kit

So basically, if we have more than 20 kits ordered, it will be $105 shipped for a 100w kit, if he decides if he can include shipping in the orders, but i bet the more kits we can get ordered, the more likely he can include shipping.

Im heading out to Gorman to do an all night run to test out my lights. I will have a GoPro with me and I'll take a bunch of pics. Stay tuned!!!!

My 35w get pretty hot in the stock housings, I wouldn't put 100w in there IMO.
